MISSING FROM MEDINA, OH USA
She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Mohamad Hisham Dabbagh. A FBI warrant for International Parental kidnapping was issued for the abductor on December 16, 1994. Child has a large strawberry birthmark on her right forearm.
